I originally contacted Rachel wanting support in dropping’s postpartum weight in an intense season of life. For me, it was a huge gift to have someone else carry the burden of knowledge in how to fuel my body to better health. We were walking a season as a family where my capacity to absorb information and extra to do’s was at a minimum and and Rachel helped empower, encourage, and enable me to self care amidst it.

Achieving these results has encouraged and empowered me to know that I can care for myself in a season with such little empty space. I don't have to work myself into exhaustion with adding extra workouts and I don't need to deprive myself of food.
