After delivering twins in August 2015, I went back to working out in October hoping to lose the last 15 pounds. When January hit and the scale wasn't moving, I knew that it was time to look at my nutrition. Since I was doing Crossfit three times a week, I knew I needed to do something that would help me lose pounds but not affect my energy level for workouts. Rachel helped me set my macros and make food choices so I could get the most out of them. I was able to drop the 15 pounds and 6.5 percent body fat in 4 months without feeling like I was starving or depriving myself of foods I enjoy.
