I had tried other plans and they all worked for a little bit of time. Then I’d get burned out or they were just too restricting. This program is nothing like that! The great thing about Rachel is that she is a motivator and an educator. She knows all about nutrition and gives you tips and encouragement along your journey. The other great thing is she’s actually on the journey right along with you.
One of the best things I've found on MY journey is that I have much more energy. The afternoon crash rarely exists for me now. I would often get anxious in many different situations. As crazy as it may sound, changing my eating habits and losing weight has TREMENDOUSLY helped with that. I hardly feel anxious anymore. I feel like it's made me a better mom, too.
My overall results are as follows: I’ve lost 16.5 inches, 13 pounds, and the scale is still trending down.I feel amazing! The best I’ve felt in the last couple of years. I feel like seeing the results physically and the weight trending down is a huge motivator to keep on track! I am so excited I found a program that works and is easy to stick with.
