My Thanksgiving Menu

Thanksgiving is at my house this year! And, yes, while I'll be focused on lightening things up I will be serving all of my family's favorites. Nothing crazy on my menu! Real food. Lightened Up. Super delicious. I love Thanksgiving and can't wait to start cooking next Wednesday! This year I ordered a fresh brined turkey from Whole Foods. It gets picked up Tuesday to sit in the fridge for a couple days prior to cooking (it has a thin layer of ice to keep it fresh). What I'm Eating This Week

I don't know about you but I'm in the mood for some comfort food! This is what's for dinner in our home this week.
