Meet Emily

I started working with Rachel and lost those 10 pounds in just 10 weeks! I've gained my confidence back, my clothes fit, and I now know that when the time comes for baby number two I will be able to get back to where I am now!

Her story...

For whatever reason, losing the last 10 pounds of baby weight I gained when I had my 1.5 year old was an impossible task. I tried all sorts of things...calorie counting, container dieting methods, lots of running...I even trained for a marathon...but nothing seemed to work long-term...until I started working with Rachel from Truth Nutrition! 

 

The Monday before Thanksgiving (terrible timing, I know), I started working with Rachel and lost those 10 pounds in just 10 weeks! I've gained my confidence back, my clothes fit, and I now know that when the time comes for baby number two I will be able to get back to where I am now!

Rachel made me a plan that was easy to follow with NO restrictions on the foods I could eat. As long as it fit my macros, I could eat it. I got to eat more food than I ever dreamed I could eat and still lose weight! My husband even commented a few times that he couldn't believe I was trying to lose weight based on the large amount of yummy food on my plate!

Rachel was with me every step (and struggle) of the way as she helped me successfully navigate Thanksgiving dinner, a few Christmas celebrations, a business trip, eating out, and more!

She had me do 1 HIIT workout every week along with some strength training...and despite the fact that I have barely run since November, I just PR'ed my 5K time! I can only imagine what I will be able to accomplish from a running perspective once I start seriously training for a race!
