Her story...

Since my son was born in 2013, I had tried anything and everything to lose the weight. Not only was I not losing, but slowly over the years gaining even more weight. Last year, I spent three months working out 6 days a week, restricting my diet, and still could not lose an ounce. I had enough, and finally contacted Rachel at Truth Nutrition Coaching to see if she could help. Let me tell you, help she did. In my first 90-days with Rachel, I lost 17.2 pounds and 3% body fat! Instead of gaining even more weight during the holiday season; I lost inches  and went down a size in clothes! She introduced me to a whole new way of eating that my body seems to love! I initially thought it would be really burdensome and tough weighing and tracking my food each day, but it's actually been super easy and now takes no time at all. It's not restrictive, and I never feel hungry. Her system helped me kick a lot of bad eating habits, but is flexible enough that you'll never feel deprived. Oh, and all this was without working out too. I've since started working out again, continue to lose weight, and feel healthier than ever. The best part is that Rachel will be your biggest cheerleader. She's always available to answer questions or provide encouragement. She knew I could do it before I even did! I look forward to continue working with her daily and finally reaching my goal weight.
