I wanted to be the best role model for my girls when it comes to food and nutrition.
When I decided to join Truth Nutrition Coaching, I was 1 pound away from weighing what I weighed when I gave birth to my first daughter. I have always worked out and eaten healthy foods, but the scale was not budging. I wanted to know the truth about nutrition. I didn't like all the diets/fads out there and wanted to learn how to have a healthy relationship with food. Most importantly, I wanted to be the best role model for my girls when it comes to food and nutrition.
I feel like the thing I learned the most was the TRUTH about nutrition. Rachel taught me so much about what our bodies really need to lose weight and feel great. I eat so much more now and enjoy the foods I eat!
Having a personal nutrition coach was life changing! This was my Christmas present to myself. It was so nice to have someone who actually knows the truth about nutrition instead of what society pushes in the media. I was amazed each week when my inches kept dropping, clothes were fitting looser, and pounds were shedding.
My overall results were 21.5 inches and 18.5 total pounds gone! From a non-scale perspective, I’ve gained a healthy relationship with food, nutrition knowledge, comfort in my own skin, and taking my girls to the pool and being ok with myself in a swimsuit!
If you’re wondering if it’s worth it, I would say YOU are worth it!! Rachel is so encouraging and teaches you the truth! This is not a diet and you can enjoy foods you love. Learning the truth about nutrition will set you free!
