Overall, I’ve lost 14.5 inches, I’m down 8 lbs and 3% body fat in just 3 months!
Before I contacted Rachel, I was working out about 5 days a week and was thinking low-carb dieting was the trick! But I wasn’t losing any weight and I was still working out killing myself. A friend of mine mentioned how much she loved Rachel and Truth Nutrition Coaching, and said how it is NOT like a diet but a lifestyle change...so I tried it.
Because of Truth Nutrition Coaching, I am so mindful of what I put in my mouth. Proteins, for example are great, but I was eating high fat proteins instead of lean proteins. I had way too much fat in my diet and not enough carbs. I am so much more aware of what is good vs. bad when it comes to my food choices.
Working with Rachel has been amazing! She sets the bar high and keeps you accountable for your actions, which I love and need. Her knowledge of nutrition and motivation to keep pushing me through on the hard days/weeks helped me tremendously. It was definitely so eye-opening and life changing on how I look at the foods I eat now.
