Brina's story . . .
I knew I needed guidance. I had been working out and doing well with that for years, but I started getting frustrated that I wasn’t seeing results or making “gains” like I should be. I figured nutrition was the reason. I needed accountability and guidance because my instincts were to “cut” but I didn’t know a safe way to do that.
I love the support , encouragement and guidance I received from Rachel. I’m a self doubter so Rachel did a great job of reassuring me that I was making good choices and helping me snap out of my rut. It’s just nice to have someone who constantly has your back and someone to check in with when you aren’t sure. Every time you want to make a bad choice, you just think about how you’ll have a to explain it to your coach and it helps you not make that choice! Rachel taught me how to eat healthy and maintain it without feeling like you are on a diet. I don’t restrict. I just plan better. I also have learned that a little splurge or bad choice does not mean you have beat yourself up. Maintain your healthy routine and everything will be fine. It’s not magic. You still have put in the work and be committed, but Rachel will be there as a guide and support. It’s changed the way I look at food and my body. If you struggle with negative views of those things, you need to give it a try.
