Corey's story . . .

I've always been someone who’s struggled to feel confident in my fitness approach. I’d hit a plateau with my weight and fitness goals, and wanted to work with someone who could share knowledge to help me continue to make progress towards my body composition goals. I also needed someone to keep me accountable when I got off track.

While I appreciate the progress I made, I almost value the information/knowledge more, as I feel better positioned to continue to have success moving forward. It’s extremely valuable to have someone who can help you create a plan tailored to your own specific goals and needs, who can also provide both encouragement and accountability while also assisting with any adjustments that need to be made along the way.

Now that I've worked with Rachel, I have a better understanding of how food and nutrients interact to help achieve body composition changes. I also have results that I feel are sustainable, and also can serve as a foundation for future goals.
