I originally reached out to Rachel because I needed accountability to set new habits. But I got so much more! I learned how to eat right to maintain or lose fat without starving myself! I was able to reset my mind that eating is good but what I eat is the key! It seems so simple but one of the things that stuck with me is that eating protein helps you lose fat instead of muscle!
