What I'm Eating This Week
Fall is finally here! Yay for cooler temps and falling leaves.
Here's what we're having for dinner in our house this week! Make ‘em, tweak ‘em, or just let them inspire you to make a plan and eat at home!
*Note: These days are merely suggestions. LOL! I often mix them up but this is my initial thinking - just don't be surprised if you see the dishes on different days if you follow me on MFP.
Sunday:
Spinach Tortellini En Brodo w/grilled shrimp skewers
Monday:
Romaine salad w/tomatoes & balsamic drizzle
Tuesday:
93/7 lean beef taco meat seasoned with Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Corn Tortillas (crunch & soft)
Salsa, Pico, Avocado, Lettuce, Part-skim shredded cheese
Wednesday:
Dinner out (it's a tradition)

Roasted Butternut Squash Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Couscous
Romaine salad w/tomatoes & balsamic drizzle
Saturday:
Egg White Casserole w/Sweet Potato Crust
