What I'm Eating This Week

It's Super Bowl weekend! That means have a few friends over for chili and dips with homemade tortilla chips for afternoon/evening munching on Sunday. You can eat healthy and have it feel indulgent! Outside of Sunday, this week really has no theme. Haha! I'm all over the board with flavors but they're all super quick and easy to put together (and clean up!)! Make ‘em, tweak ‘em, or just let them inspire you to make a plan and eat at home!

Sunday: The Best Classic Chili, Skinny Taco Dip. Hot Mexican Layer Dip, Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips, and Supernatural Brownies

Monday: Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Cubed Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Tuesday: Amazing Easy Turkey Tacos, Guacamole

Wednesday: Sheet Pan Chicken & Rainbow Vegetables

Thursday: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese

Friday: Skinny Cajun Shrimp & Grits

Saturday: Easy Turkey Meatloaf, Savory Mashed Sweet Potatoes
