What I'm Eating This Week

Keeping it simple this week! Fully embracing fall with some comforting dishes for cooler temps that feel indulgent but are super balanced! This is what's for dinner in our home this week. Make ‘em, tweak ‘em, or just let them inspire you to make a plan and eat at home!


*Note: These days are merely suggestions. LOL! I often mix them up but this is my initial thinking - just don't be surprised if you see the dishes on different days if you follow me on MFP.


Sunday:

Chicken Parmesan Lasagna

Romain w/tomatoes & balsamic drizzle


Monday:

Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Whole grain pasta w/wilted spinach


Tuesday:

Slow Cooker Turkey Tacos

Corn Tortillas (crunch & soft)

Salsa, Pico, Avocado, Lettuce, Part-skim shredded cheese


Wednesday:

Dinner out (it's a tradition)


Thursday:

Cheeseburger Soup

Mixed Green Salad w/cucumbers & tomatoes (raspberry balsamic drizzle)


Friday:

Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Baked Seasoned Fries w/Garlic Aioli

Roasted Carrots


Saturday:

Cheddar Stuffed Sweet Potato BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

Sheet Pan Home Fries
