The weather has turned a bit colder in Charlotte and warm and hearty sounds lovely! This is what's for dinner in our home this week. Make ‘em, tweak ‘em, or just let them inspire you to make a plan and eat at home!
*Modification: To lessen the caloric load of this meal you can reduce the amount of olive oil used.
Grilled Chicken Breast
Roasted Butternut Squash and Green Beans
-Throw cubed butternut squash and fresh green beans on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and s/p, and roast at 400 for 25ish minutes (until squash is soft)
Quick Marinara Sauce w/ ground beef
Arugula & Tomato Salad w/Balsamic Drizzle
