What I'm Eating This Week

It's fall! And even though it's in the upper 80s I'm embracing the few changing leaves and switching gears a bit with the menu this week. Here's what we're having for dinner in our house this week! Make ‘em, tweak ‘em, or just let them inspire you to make a plan and eat at home!


*Note: These days are merely suggestions. LOL! I often mix them up but this is my initial thinking - just don't be surprised if you see the dishes on different days if you follow me on MFP.


Sunday:

Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Romaine salad w/tomatoes & balsamic drizzle


Monday:

Sheet Pan Chipotle Lime Shrimp Bake


Tuesday:

Cheesy Rotisserie Chicken Enchilada Skillet


Wednesday:

Dinner out (every week on Wednesday - it’s a tradition!)


Thursday:

Shepard's Pie, Lightened Up

Romaine salad w/peppers, tomatoes & cucumbers


Friday:

Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan

Arugula Salad w/balsamic


Saturday:

Homemade Pizza (toppings chosen by each family member - mine will have canadian bacon!)

Romain Salad w/peppers, cherry tomatoes & balsamic drizzle
